Firm History

Aguilar & Sieron P.A., is the successor firm to the original law firm of Kopelousos, Head, Townsend & Metcalf, P.A. (est. 1975). That firm grew to become Clay County’s largest and included former judges, prosecutors, IRS attorneys, and federal judicial clerks. The firm prided itself its mentoring program for its newest lawyers and today’s firm members were beneficiaries of that program.

As with any business or firm, as time passed, firm members left for a variety of reasons, including retirement, judicial appointment, and relocation. The firm has always enjoyed an “AV” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the nation’s oldest and most respected attorney rating service.

Aguilar & Sieron P.A. is proud to represent people from all walks of life. From hard-working construction workers to doctors, lawyers, or politicians, to some of Northeast Florida’s most-respected corporations, the firm has represented them all. The members of the firm take pride in working equally hard for all clients, regardless of their station in life.
