A former prosecutor, Mark Sieron has more than three decades' legal experience. The same is true for Bob Aguilar, who has been practicing law in Florida since 1978. This extensive experience allows our law firm to bring a wealth of knowledge to every case we handle at our firm.

Joann Pernaci
Joann is an Administrative Assistant and has been with the firm for over 25 years. She was born in Philadelphia and raised in Miami. She attended Miami-Dade College and the University of Florida.
Joann and her husband Sam, married 43 years, moved to Clay County in 1983. They have two children and 3 grandchildren. Prior to working for the firm, Joann was a private business owner. She is a University of Miami football fan and a Jaguars season ticket holder. Her true passion is the ocean and she shares that passion with her family.
Kathy Clanton
Kathy is a Florida Registered Paralegal and serves as Mark Sieron's assistant. She attended Indian River State College in South Florida and has been with the firm for 24 years. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Executive Assistant for Alliance Mortgage Company.
She and her husband Jack, a retired lieutenant with the Clay County Sheriff's Office, were high school sweethearts and have been married for over 30 years. They have lived in Clay County since 1984 and have two daughters. Despite being born in Chicago, Kathy and her family are huge Green Bay Packer fans as evidenced by their dogs named Lambeau and A.J. (Hawk).
Jennifer Lavaron
Jennifer joined the firm in February of 2016 as Bob Aguilar's paralegal. She has worked in the legal field for over 10 years with expertise in family law and general litigation. Jennifer has served in the United States Marine Corps and the Florida Army National Guard.
Jennifer, a Connecticut native, is married to husband Gary. They met while in the Marine Corps and have been married for 14 years. They have two children and enjoy spending time on their boat and fishing.
